Kris was smiling down at him when he suggested being boyfriends. His mind hadn't gone that far ahead, but it sounded really good to him. He knew that having a boyfriend meant being faithful and not being able to tell him about stripping would definitely not be a good idea. But they didn't have to discuss that right away, did they? There would be time.
"Are you going to be my boyfriend now?"
"..Okay." Kris's face flushed a little more, taking the boys hand in his again. They really should go. Even if he was a Prefect, he didn't want to break the rules, not when he already broke several every weekend. "I'll walk you back." His voice was soft as he opened the door for the younger male. His boyfriend...

"..Okay."
That one little word made a beautiful warmth spread out through Louis's body. He could almost imagine that he had started glowing. Why had he taken this long to realise how he really felt? It seemed so odd, as if a veil had been over his eyes this whole time and it had suddenly been lifted.
"I'll walk you back."
He nodded and took Kris's hand, and together they walked out of the Room of Requirement and down the corridor. Outside the sky was black and the darkness loomed, but Louis barely noticed it at all. They didn't speak until they reached the entrance the Hufflepuff common room. Even though it was late the smell of baking bread drifted up from the kitchen, but Louis didn't feel hungry.
He looked up at Kris and smiled. "Good night." He whispered and this time he was the one who leaned forward and pressed his lips softly against the other boy's.

It was nice, walking next to him in silence. Kristian needed those few moments, just so he could get his jumbled brain straight. It sort of felt like he was floating and that couldn't be healthy, could it? He was also slightly worried that he might be developing a fever, since he felt extremely hot and had the urge to take off his clothes without there being music or a club present.
When they got to the Common Room, Kris untangled his hand from Louis's, feeling that it was slightly sweaty. It would really suck if he got ill, since there was a Hogsmeade opportunity this weekend. He was about to open his mouth and ask when Louis leaned forward and kissed him again. Closing his mouth immediately, he gave him a small kiss back. Even though he was pretty sure this was why people liked kissing - it felt very natural but he got a nice rather fuzzy feeling in his stomach - he wasn't sure if they were doing it exactly right.
"Do you...W-would you want to go to Hogsmeade together?" They had done it before, but just as friends, and he was pretty certain that this boyfriend thing meant that all the time spent together needed to be filled with excitement and dates.

Louis tried not to pout when Kris pulled away, but he couldn't help it. He was pretty sure he was doing it wrong now, even though it had still felt nice. People in the movies had opened their mouths and moved their heads... but that looked rather complicated. Louis was sure if he tried it he would just mess it up.
When Kris asked him to go to Hogsmede though he forgot all about pouting. "You mean like a date?" He asked, his tone making his delight obvious. "Oui oui! I mean yes, I'd love to go to Hogsmede with you on a date."
He kissed the older boy again quickly and then turned and whispered the password to the badger hidden in a painting of white roses. He kissed Kris swiftly on the lips, and went through the doorway, as if he was afraid the other boy might change his mind if he delayed too long. "Goodnight Kris!" He called over his shoulder.

If Kristian had thought he was floating before, he certainly was now. When Louis climbed into the portraithole he actually looked down, expecting his feet to hover a few inches from the ground. They didn't, funnily enough. He had noticed before that Louis was extremely sweet and kind and that he always got a weird feeling when he was around him, but it had never been this bad. If his stomach hadn't been so full of butterflies he'd swear he'd get sick just from sheer excitement and anxiety.
Oh Merlin. He was going on a date. The first date, well, ever, cause quite honestly who would want to date him? Though he had also suspected that nobody would want to see him take his clothes off and boy had he been wrong. Still, he was fairly sure that he needed at least a vague idea of what he was in for, and thought on this while on his way back to the Common Room. If only there was someone still up, someone who could help him out...
