With her closed eyes and snuggled up deposition Amelia failed to see the look on Scott’s face as she attempted to sleep on him some more. Finding that she had in fact slept enough for an entire week already, she couldn’t force herself to do anymore. So she settled for merely resting against him anyway, he wasn’t exactly the most comfortable of people, but he was comforting to have around when you didn’t exactly feel your best.
”Any time,” she snuffled, not lifting her head from where it lay.
If Amelia could read minds instead of change into a wolf, then she would certainly find the boys thoughts interesting. Damning James Potter indeed. It wasn’t that she would never consider Scott in that way, because she would. You only had to take one look at Scott Kovac to know he was a good catch, and had he gotten in there before Amelia’s persist arguing with James, then maybe now there would be a completely different story on their hands.
As it was, Scott hadn’t and the story had taken its course.
”I’m sure you do,” she said, patting his arm patronisingly, snuggling down on it again to try and prove her point, but she was too tired to argue, despite her incapability to sleep, ”Fine it is,” she lazily grinned, before her grin changed into a mock frown and she hit him playfully on the leg.
”Oh yeah, dancing in all senses of the word,” she snorted, lifting her head from his shoulder in order to demonstrate exactly what she was implying, raising her eyebrows with that glint in her eyes, ”I’m sure he’d love that, paedophilic and gay, now, now, what would the papers say,” she laughed again before letting out a small cough and leaning her head back down on his shoulder.
