Dear Mr Peterson,
It has come to my attention that we have a fancy dress masquerade ball coming up. Good god help me.
As my resident saviour I'm expecting saving from said event as soon as possible.
Thanks,
Master Hevulen.

Master Hevulen (yes I had to copy that from your letter)
I am well aware of the fancy dress ball, I was thinking the same thing. Formal attire and brooms really don't work.
You are welcome to hide with me in my brooming corner and hang out with me when everyone has gone, if you so wish.
You're welcome, Mr Peterson.
(P.S. That was weird.)

Mr Peterson,
Me and formal things, really don't work. And costumes? Ugh.
Invite accepted. Expect me in that corner as soon as I get there. And I will not be leaving that corner until you don't want me in it anymore. That cool with you?
Thank you muchly, Master Hevulen.
PS - My surname is not that weird, thank you =)

Master Hevulen,
I'm a caretaker. Therefore allergic to formal dos. But I think most first years think I wear a costume all year round.
You're never not welcome in the hidey broom corner. So yeah...
No problem, Mr Peterson
P.S. Not weird, hard to spell. When do we drop the formal tone? I'm running out of post ways to say things >.<

Oz,
I'm going for the whole 'Gangsta' look. It's nice, its easy and I don't have to stick out. I can hide under my hat and not talk to anybody. Apart from you of course.
There really are better ways I was thinking of spending my birthday. Like I dunno, doing something that didn't require dancing. That meant me just spending time doing what I like doing. Like flying or whatever. *grumbles more*. Though at least I get to do one thing I wanted to.
In that case, I'll never leave. That suits me fine.
Seth
It's spelt how it sounds though, it could be worse.

Seth, (thanks for the lacking of formal tone! I don't use many words as it is >.<)
I think I'm going as a wizard. Pointy hat and everything. Not sure about the cape though. Might be kinda hard to broom things up. And I will have a hell of a mess to clean up.
Well, we could always do some of the better ways of spending your birthday after the ball. And after I've cleaned up. That is if we ain;t completely dead.
I don't mind. You are good company.

Oz - not a problem, anything you ask i shall most likely adhre to... maybe...
You really would be my Wizard of Oz then wouldn't you? I think you should - cape and all, really take the piss! Do it!
I've said it before - I'll say it again, house-elves. You've mentioned Fly before now, call in a favour!
They say it's going to finish at about midnight. I can always help you clean up if the house-elves strike and don't do anything. It's not like they are more powerful than wizards... </sarcasm>
Glad to know =D. I quite enjoy your company too. It's not that bad, considering you were scared of speaking to me a few weeks ago.
Seth
[[OOC - so didn't read 'we could always do some of the better ways of spending your birthday after the ball' like it was something dodgy... not me XD]]

Seth - cheers again.
Oh no, not the Wizard of Oz... *headdesk* I will have the cape. It's Hallowe'en and I won't be the most ridiculous one around for once. What the hell!
I could... Maybe I should talk to Fly. I don't know. What if I stay for a bit, then ask Fly to cover me... Oh God, this is making me all nervous just thinking about it. I have never shirked off work before.
*blanks on sarcasm* I am still not conversation savvy....
Thanks. Though, I cannot see that being true for one second. The good company bit.
Oz
[[OOC - I know, I wrote it and was like *nooo >.<* but excuse - Oz would not be that suggestive. He is WAY too socially in-ept]]

Oz,
Why not? *pouts* 'Cause you would be! *shall be calling you it anyway*
If you want, I could talk to her? Don't they have some sort of gene that they can't deny a wizard of a request? So she'd have to agree? To make you feel better, you can hang about for half an hor after and help them then they can work their little elfy magic and click their fingers... then make you wonder why you even bothered and we can run away and go and do something else!
Stop putting yourself down, mate. You're excellent company. Even if you are a little quiet sometimes, but that's you. Wouldn't wanna change that for the world!
Here is a list of things I would like to do on my birthday: - Sleep - Play some Quidditch - Sleep - Spend some time with you - Sleep - Avoid this party like the plague. - Bring you out of your hole!
that cool? How many of those could we do?
Seth

Seth,
I may avoid you like the plague if you call me the Wizard of Oz aloud.
You can if you want. But I will be fretting after I'm gone. Sorry, I;m just used to routine. For the last few years it's been me cleaning up and it'll just feel weird not being there, doing the cleaning. I'm a freak of nature, I know.
Sorry, awful habit again. I'm trying to break it. I'm getting there! And it's all because of you, mate.
Well, I canna do much about the playing Quidditch, but if you play I can go clean the field and watch. That would mean spending time together, sort of. I canna promise I'll stay out of my hole long, but I'll try and stay out long enough to make the ball tolerable? I think sleep is a given.
